Alumni transcript requests must be submitted in writing to the Guidance Office:
By email - An e-mail can be sent to LaDawn E. Huber with the student's name (at the time of graduation), year of graduation, and the complete name & address for where the transcipt is to be mailed.
By mail or in person - alternately, a Transcript Release Form is available online or in the Guidance Office.
Please allow 10 business days for transcript processing.
An official transcript can only be sent between institutions.
An unofficial transcript will be provided to the alumni, if requested, and it can be e-mailed.
