Use this form to schedule your appointment for New Student Registration. 

Now to schedule an appointment:

1. Select the appointment type needed.

IF YOU ARE SCHEDULING A 2012-13 KINDERGARTEN / FIRST GRADE REGISTRATION YOU MUST SELECT: "2012-13 Valley View Student Registration" OR
"2012-13 Yorkshire Student Registration".
 

2. On the "Preferred Date" calendar, use the arrow to the right of the month/year to change the month.

IF YOU ARE SCHEDULING A 2012-13 KINDERGARTEN / FIRST GRADE REGISTRATION:
Valley View appointments are available March 29 & 30
Yorkshire appointments are available April 2 & 3.

3. On the calendar, click the date you would like for your appointment.  NOTE: If the date you select is not available, the first date available AFTER the date you select will be listed in Available Times.

4. Available Times will be listed below the calendar.  Click a time.

5.  Enter the Parent or Guardian's name in the "Name" field.  This should be the person attending the appointment.

6. Complete all other requested information.  The Notes field is the only optional information.

7. Click the "Schedule" button.
