FFA-1- This course will prepare students for future Algebra courses.  The investigations, problems, and practice exercises are designed to develop the students' logical and mathematical reasoning skills. To be successful in mathematics it is critical that students actively participate in their learning by completing assignments, asking questions, taking accurate notes, and discuss mathematical concepts and the reasoning involved in the steps of their solutions.

This year we will be completing Chapters 6-12 in our text, basic skills and preparing for the PSSA exam.

Pre-Algebra (FFA-2) - The contents of this course are many of the fundamental ideas and procedures necessary to be successful in subsequent mathematics courses and many careers. The sequence of problems leads to understanding the reasoning behind the mathematical concepts.  It is critical that students actively  participate in their learning by doing assignments, take accurate notes, ask questions, and discuss mathematical concepts and the reasoning involved in the steps of their solutions.

This year we will be completing Chapters 1-10 in our text, review all basic skills and prepare for the PSSA exam.
