Tax Impact Calculator

At the Board of Directors' meeting on May 26, the Board approved a General Fund Budget for the 2026-2027 school year. The Budget includes allocations for planned expenditures of $81,525,896 

The Tax Impact Calculator below was developed to help residents better understand how our planned construction and renovation projects will affect their real estate tax bills. A chart illustrating the impact of project costs on taxes from 2022-2023 through 2028-2029 is also available to taxpayers. For 2027-2028 and subsequent years, the calculator's estimated increases are based solely on the cost of district projects. Additional funding for operational costs is still to be determined.
