Kindergarten registration has begun in the York Suburban School District for the 2026-2027 school year, and we can't wait to meet the class of 2039!

District buildings will follow summer hours from Monday, June 8, through Friday, July 31. During this time, all elementary school offices will be closed to the public. Additionally, the Middle School, High School, and Education Center will be open to the public Monday through Thursday from 8 a.m.–3 p.m. and closed on Fridays.

On Monday, May 18, York Suburban Middle School hosted its Annual End-of-Year Awards Night. During the program, staff and families celebrated eighth grade students who have truly defined what it means to be a YSMS student. Thank you to everyone who joined us, and congratulations to each student who was honored.

York Suburban senior Alexia Purkanto is heading to the University of Pittsburgh as a Chancellor’s Scholar, the university’s most prestigious award. She was also selected for the highly competitive National Security Language Initiative for Youth program and will spend six weeks in Taiwan studying Mandarin. Congratulations, Alexia!
