Making a Request
If you would like to request a public record, please use the Records Request Form linked below and submit it to the District's Open Records Officer:

Appeals Process
You have the right to challenge any determination. To do so, you must file an appeal explaining your reasons why you believe the requested record is a public record subject to disclosure within 15 business days of your receipt of the District's response. Your written appeal must be mailed or delivered to the attention of the Executive Director, Pennsylvania Office of Open Records, 555 Walnut Street, Suite 605, Harrisburg PA 17101.
Effective April 20, 2026
The Pennsylvania Office of Open Records will no longer accept appeals via email. Appeals filed electronically must be submitted through the online appeal portal. Appeals and any other documents emailed, except for in camera records, will not be docketed or added to an existing appeal. Please note that hardcopy paper filings may still be filed via U.S. mail.
