Electronic Absence Submission
If your child will not be in school for the day due to illness or a doctor/dentist appointment, you may drop off a paper note to the office or submit an electronic absence note using the appropriate link below. A new form should be completed each day your child is absent.

Educational Trip Requests
Per Board Policy 204, students may request up to five days of absence during the school year for educational tours or trips approved in advance by the school principal. Educational trips are strongly discouraged during the first or last ten days of the school year and will not be approved during standardized testing windows. To request approval, complete the appropriate form below prior to the trip.
