For the last decade, I have ran a youth track club for local youth, Trojan Track Club. Some of you have probably heard of us. Besides the two summers that the stadium field and track were getting resurfaced, we have practiced at the track at YSHS. Today, I just got word that my request to practice there again this summer twice a week for an hour, has been denied by administration. It’s been denied because the stadium and track are not on the new Policy 707. I’ve rented to track for this as recent as last year! In 10 years practicing there, we have had zero issues. None. Now after all this time the rug gets pulled out from under us. I was and am fully prepared to rent the track at the going rate. But apparently, that’s not even an option now. Hopefully, this can be discussed and possibly resolved. Thank you.

I am requesting you install an additional projector screen so that the public can view the information straight on and not have to turn their backs. I am also requesting that someone either turns the heat down, opens a window or turns on the a/c. It is stifling in there. 3110 E Market St
