Home Football Game Reminders and New Ticket Option

With the new school year comes the excitement of home football games. We take great pride in our school spirit and encourage students to attend sporting events to support the players, cheerleaders, and marching band. This builds unity and provides opportunities for younger students to envision themselves in these activities.

Before heading to the game, please review the following District expectations, which help us provide a safe and welcoming environment for all members of our school community.

  • Students in Grades 9-12 should enter the gate closest to Trojan Field and come prepared to show their school-issued identification card. 
  • An adult (who may not be a high school sibling) must accompany all students in Grades K-8. Supervising adults are expected to remain close to their students during the event and are responsible for their behavior and well­-being.
  • Student attendees are expected to abide by the same rules and expectations they follow during the school day.
  • Once a student leaves the stadium, they may not re-enter.

Hometown Ticketing

We also want to share a new way to purchase tickets online for our athletic events. 

York Suburban has partnered with Hometown Ticketing, the official ticketing partner for the YAIAA, District 3, and PIAA, to offer convenient online ticket sales for all athletic events. This means fans can now use the same platform for both regular-season and postseason games.

To purchase tickets in advance with a credit card, simply download the Hometown Ticketing app or visit: https://events.hometownticketing.com/boxoffice/yssd

Creating an account is optional, but it makes storing and retrieving tickets very easy. Once purchased, your tickets will be delivered electronically (via the app or email) with a QR code. Show the code at the gate to be scanned by game day staff.

2025-2026 Ticket Prices
A small service fee applies: $1 per ticket or $3 for a season pass, plus tax for online ticket purchases.

  • Adults: $5
  • Senior Citizens: $3
  • Senior Citizens who reside in the District: FREE with Gold Pass 
  • Students who do not attend York Suburban: $1
  • York Suburban Students and Staff: FREE

Tickets may also be purchased at the gate with a credit card, but we’re excited to offer Hometown Ticketing as a convenient new option for our fans. We appreciate your support, and as always, Go Trojans!
