Alumni Transcript Requests
Transcripts are available through the High School Counseling Office. Graduates who wish to request a transcript will need to complete the form linked below or email Mrs. Heiland with your name (as it was when you graduated from high school), your graduation year, and the address to which you would like the transcript sent.
