Our first Let’s Talk workshop of the school year will be held at York Suburban Middle School on Wednesday, September 18, at 6 p.m.  We have arranged for Anita Torres, a Mental Health Counselor with PCBH (Pennsylvania Comprehensive Behavior Health), to join us to discuss ways to reduce school anxiety.
