April 19, 2022 Author Lyndsey Stavely and animals from The Farmyard visited Yorkshire Elementary School today! Ms. Stavely’s books are based on animals from The Farmyard, a hands-on agricultural destination in Maryland. Students loved listening to the stories, petting the horse and pony, and learning fun facts about the animals. April 14, 2022 The York Suburban Music Department recently received the 2022 Best Communities for Music Education Award from the NAMM Foundation. Congratulations to the many teachers, students, and community members who made this recognition a reality! It would be impossible to name everyone who played a role, but our music staff is a great place to start.
