  2. Board President’s Report – Mr. Miller

    Executive Session.  The Board met in Executive Session prior to this evening’s meeting for the purpose of discussing personnel and/or legal issues.

  3. Business Office Report – Ms. Mason
    1. The Administration recommends that the Board rescind the motion approved at the August 17, 2015 meeting which awarded the following contracts for the High School Auxiliary Gym Project:  the General Contract to Murray Construction Associates and the Electrical Contract to McCarty and Sons, Inc.  [Motion; Discussion; Public Comment; Roll Call Vote]
    2. The Administration recommends that the Board reject all bids for the General and Electrical Contracts for the High School Auxiliary Gym Project and that such Project be revisited at such later date in the future as the Board may elect.  [Motion; Discussion; Public Comment; Roll Call Vote]
    3. The Administration recommends approval of the 2015-16 Bus Routes and Bus/Van Drivers.  [Motion; Discussion; Public Comment; Roll Call Vote]
