YWCA York, the District's early learning partner, is excited to announce the addition of a Pre-K Counts classroom opening in November at Valley View Elementary School. Pre-K Counts is a state-funded program for children aged 3-5, and it is FREE for qualifying families. The program's purpose is to develop children's social-emotional skills and work toward a successful transition into kindergarten.

The program will coincide with the District's calendar, which can be found at https://bit.ly/YS_Calendar. Operating hours will be on weekdays from 8:45 a.m. to 2:15 p.m. Extended hours are also available.
