Cooper Becomes a Full-Fledged Facility Dog in Special Ceremony
November 9, 2021
At the beginning of the school year, York Suburban Middle School was granted a facility-dog-in-training through a partnership with the United Disabilities Services Foundation (UDSF). Cooper has been traveling the school's halls ever since to help foster a healthy and positive environment.
Last night, he officially became a full-fledged facility dog during a special graduation ceremony at the UDSF training center! The family integral to Cooper's upbringing and training was in attendance to honor him and signify the transition by changing his vest.
Congratulations, Cooper! We look forward to your calming presence for many years to come!
