This communication is a follow-up to our earlier letter regarding a court decision about the state-wide mask mandate. At the end of that letter, we mentioned that an appeal process could affect the details included in the letter.

That is indeed what happened tonight.

Our solicitor informs us that the state-wide masking order has been reinstated due to the filing of an appeal. Therefore, all students and staff must continue to wear masks in school and while using District-provided transportation as the legal process plays out.
