Yesterday, the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ordered the removal of the automatic stay for the Acting Secretary of Health’s mask order. The removal of the stay will take effect on December 4, 2021. On that date, there will be no state-wide mask mandate, and we will revert to our adopted Health and Safety Plan.

Based on the language in the Health and Safety Plan, this letter outlines the current and upcoming masking requirements. Please pay close attention to each chart as optional masking begins on different dates for different age groups.

As we have seen often, requirements can change with little notice. If and when that happens, we will keep you informed. Thank you for your continued patience and flexibility.
