York Suburban School District is once again collaborating with Family First Health to provide preventative dental services for students enrolled in the District. Dentists, dental assistants, and staff from Family First Health will visit our schools to provide onsite dental care to any student in need regardless of insurance status. Preventative care may include but is not limited to dental exams, cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, and oral hygiene health. Each dental appointment will be approximately 15 minutes in length.

Family First Health will be visiting each school on the dates listed in this letter. If you would like your child to receive dental services through Family First Health, please complete the permission slip and return it to the school nurse no later than the morning of the visit date.

Parents/guardians may be present for dental visits, but it is not required. If you have any questions, please get in touch with your child’s school nurse.
