Yesterday, the sixth-grade Trailblazers team from York Suburban Middle School attended Junior Achievement of South Central PA's BizTown. The students stepped into simulated workplaces for the day to learn about economics, citizenship, teamwork, responsibility, and much more. Some of the jobs/industries they experienced included reporter, ophthalmologist, manufacturing, mayor, restaurant sales, CEO, CFO, graphic design, and banking. It was a great opportunity for hands-on education!
