Dear YSSD Community Members,

I hope this email finds you well. I would like to take this opportunity to let you know that the York Suburban School District (YSSD) has contracted with the Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) to conduct a superintendent search. As you may be aware, the CCIU has partnered with YSSD back in 2017 to conduct their previous Superintendent Search. As the assistant executive director for the CCIU, I and the CCIU team are looking forward to working with YSSD stakeholders to capture the perceptions, experiences, evolutions and recommendations of district stakeholders over the past four years to help develop a strong candidate profile and interview questions for the next YSSD superintendent.

To assist us in the process, we invite you to participate in a focus group being held via Zoom. Below is the date and time of your focus group.

In order to promote open and honest dialogue, representatives from the CCIU will be conducting the focus groups and no members of the YSSD leadership team will be participating in or observing the sessions. Responses will be presented in the aggregate with no specific attribution to any one person.
