Congratulations to the YWCA York early learning programs at Yorkshire Elementary School and Valley View Elementary School for receiving 4-star ratings from Keystone STARS! A 4-star rating is the highest designation that can be earned through the Keystone STARS system. Thank you to the amazing staff members of both programs for serving our youngest learners so well!
