The following message is from the Board of School Directors regarding the superintendent search. Additional information about the search can be found on the Superintendent Search web page.

Dear YSSD Community,

We are pleased to announce that the superintendent search has reached its final stage. After reviewing stakeholder input and conducting multiple rounds of interviews, the pool of qualified applicants has been narrowed down to one individual.

As a result, there will be a voting item on the agenda for Monday’s Planning Committee meeting to appoint Dr. Scott Krauser as superintendent for a four-year term beginning July 1, 2022.
