Attention Parents of Students that will be in 12th grade During the 2023-23 School Year!

By law, students are required to show proof that they have received their 2nd MCV vaccine by the 1st day of their Senior Year. The 2nd MCV vaccine is usually given after age 16, at the 11th grade well child visit. If your child has received the 2nd dose of their MCV vaccine, please go ahead and submit their immunization record now. If you are in need of vaccinations and do not have a physician, please contact the York County Department of Health at 717-771-4505.

Attention Parents of Students that will be in the 11th grade During the 2023-24 School Year!

By law, students are required to show proof that they have had a physical examination by a licensed healthcare provider by the 1st day of 11th grade. If your student will be in 11th grade next school year and has had a physical examination done since July 1, 2022, please submit THIS FORM to the school nurse or MAIN OFFICE  as soon as possible. If your child has had a sports physical, please make sure that the NURSE receive a copy.
